ABOUT US
GSU aims to foster an accessible and inclusive environment where young women in STEM can forge connections and tap into a wealth of national resources. Our primary aim is to improve accessibility and break down barriers to enter STEM.
GSU is led by an executive team of 32 young women in Atlantic Canada and Quebec with plans to expand across Canada.
We have over 300 members and volunteers.
Each year, we organize a highly successful conference for students of all ages across Atlantic Canada.
We offer scholarships and bursaries to conference delegates in partnership with local institutions.
We depend on partners, sponsors, and professionals to support our annual conference.
